Subject: 141 Units Condo
Dear Ms. Feagans,
My wife and I want to express our strong opposition to the proposed 141 unit condo project at the corner of Golf Links and East Natoma. This project will have an adverse and very dangerous impact on our traffic and safety in the neighborhood. Do we really want this project across the street from an elementary school? This high density project is also not consistent with the residences in our neighborhood.

Editor's Note: The last sentence of this e-mail is really the key thrust of our opposition - the proposed 141 condo unit project just does not fit in with the surrounding residences. If they make them a total of 45 to 50 single story luxury condos, then the buildings would be more in keeping with our existing neighborhoods.
