When we moved in, my husband and I looked at the Master Plan Community Map carefully before buying. We were promised a commercial zone. What is a Master Plan Community if the Master Plan can be changed to match the pocket book of the land developers? A promise is a promise. But out of my heart/concern for the land developer's pocketbook, a possible senario for a commercial site such as this can be...a large facility like a fitness, workout, or sports center drawing foot traffic to the other smaller commercial/retail stores on the site.
