Subject: Trilogy Project
Please save our neighborhood!
I am a resident of Empire Ranch and I strongly strong object to a dense (141 units) multi-family residential project in Empire Ranch.
Please consider placing a limit of 40-50 single story luxury condos, complete with steep pitched roofs, multiple roof lines, dormers, stone facades, and complete with club house and swimming pool that will fit into this community.
Thank you,
KH
Editor's Note: Another great e-mail. This is a good example of how to quickly summarize your feelings on the subject and get your point across. While it is absolutely great that some people have been able to commit the time to send in detailed letters and e-mails to City Staff and officials, it is also equally important that people at least take a brief minute or two to go on record stating their position on this issue. Thanks again KH, and I hope to see you at the ARC meeting on Thursday morning, October 25th at 07:30 in the morning.
Keep those cards and letters flowing:)
