Subject: Zoning Change?

Empire Ranch and the Parkway, are comprised of very nice single family homes. If we are unable to keep the zoning as it is, light commercial or retail, then please consider single family homes. Folsom is being covered with condo's, ultimately rentals. Our pristine city, I am a new resident of your fine city, needs to have planning conducive to the best needs of our community. Property values, to stay among the strongest in the Sacramento area, need to be protected and not undermined by changing the zoning.

Thank you . C B T
